i got a lot emails about what i eat and how it effects pcos- so i hope you dont mind if i just answer all the questions here instead of going through each email
isnt life surprising i was laying awake thinking last night about how different my life has gone then what i thought (in a good way)
and then suddenly and to my surprise i met and married the man i had no idea i was dreaming of but he was perfect for me and better than anything i had imagined or sought after before
where are neighborhoods like that anymore with bushes big enough to hide in and kids that go around the block together all afternoon and normal sized houses and the old winkfields next door ok i dont need the winkfields but id sure love to give my kids the rest

we gave the universe one out- if grant found a job he loved before springtime wed stay put even though we wanted to go to cali really bad and even though grant had been looking for a different job for a long time
she is my best babysitter for cate she takes turns with me putting cate to bed and being her pillow
i never thought life would then take me to utah to attend byu and then off to serve as a missionary for a year and a half but it did and it was hardest most surprising most rewarding experience of my life
different boyfriends came and went through all this some i thought i could marry some i was mad at myself for hanging around some that broke my heart

i really really need my bedroom to be simple and uncluttered and white for calming purposes you know what i mean

and then i found myself a mother funny i thought id teach awhile longer and have grant all to myself and save some money

secondly i must say i know carbohydrates arent bad i know bread is life and wheat is the staff of life a lot of fruits and veggies are quite sugary/ starchy for almost everyone eating all these foods in moderation will do them fine but remember i am trying to regulate an abnormality to a diabetic sugar is the devil to someone with celiac disease wheat is the devil to someone with milk allergies dairy is the devel and what ive come to believe that for some women who dont ovulate high blood sugar may be their devil and it definately is mine
(but honestly i dont snack alot when you eat so much protein you dont get hungry as often through the day)
i spent a few hours organizing my yarn and needles into that armoire
with that heres the stuff i eat salad with chicken a different salad with chicken repeat repeat this is the hard thing about it not a ton of delicious options im kind of kidding ive found a few other yummy things too
